•  Leave M62 at Junction 20, taking A627(M) for Rochdale .

•  Filter left for town centre at traffic lights at bottom of hill. This turn will take you beneath the railway bridge on Edinburgh Way . Approaching the next roundabout, get in middle lane.

•  At the next roundabout take 2nd exit (single carriageway), passing two pubs on the left, first the Wagon and Horses and then the Clog and Shawl onto Roch Valley Way .

•  At the next traffic lights, go straight across past the Cemetery Hotel onto Sandy Lane .

•  At the next traffic lights, go straight across onto dual carriageway (30 mph limit) which is Ings Lane .

•  At (sudden) end of dual carriageway turn right into Rooley Moor Rd.

•  After about 400 yds TBA comes into view. (large Federal Mogul sign) Take 2nd left down to works site.

•  Follow dark blue signs on site for TBA Textiles.
